1 - Can we arrive the night before the holiday begins?

Yes, it's possible, but not necessarily in every case. You will need to contact the centre early on in the season and, if it's possible, make a reservation for an extra night plus dinner if it can be provided.

2 - Will it be possible to taste some of the region's culinary specialities?

The chef and his team will have you discover some and will even share the recipes (if you really insist)!

3 - Is the insurance included?

By booking a programme at the UCPA, customers benefit from the inclusion of guarantees against, Civil Liability and Defence and Recourse.
Caution : repatriation assistance/ Search and rescue costs/ Travel cancellation/ Baggage (during travel)/ Interruption of stay (after travel), and cover for Bodily Injury are not covered.

4 - Can I buy travel insurance with you to cover additional risks?

As sport holidays organisation, UCPA recommends you to take out extra travel insurance for incidents, which may occur before, during or after the holiday:
  • Repatriation assistance
  • Search and rescue costs
  • Travel cancellation
  • Baggage (during travel)
  • Interruption of stay (after travel)
  • Individual Cover
UCPA offers this cover and details in French can be obtained on your booking confirmation, which is sent to you when you book.
